It could be anything from office supplies to raw materials. How do these things get to where they need to be? Someone is making arrangements. And although lots of things are ordered online, there are still lots of arrangements made over the phone.<\/p>\n<p>So how do we make arrangements? Well, it starts with a polite suggestion or request. In polite requests, we often use the words \u201cwould\u201d and \u201ccould.\u201d For example, you might say \u201cI would like to arrange a delivery\u201d or \u201cwe would like something shipped.\u201d Of course, \u201cI would\u201d can be shortened to \u201cI\u2019d\u201d and \u201cwe would\u201d to \u201cwe\u2019d.\u201d To use \u201ccould,\u201d you might say \u201ccould we schedule a delivery?\u201d <\/p>\n<p>925 English is a series of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessenglishpod.com\/category\/video\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">English video<\/a> lessons for beginners (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessenglishpod.com\/category\/a2\/\" title=\"CEFR English level A2\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">CEFR level A2<\/a>).
